Leadership is mostly lonely. You're expected to fix performance through other people, often without anyone to think it through with who has actually stood where you stand.

That's what this is. Private, regular coaching focused on the real situations you're facing right now — a struggling team member, a number that won't move, a step into a role you've never held. We work on one thing at a time, with a clear next step you can act on before we talk again.

How it works

  • One focus per session — we go deep on a single skill or situation, not a scattered checklist.
  • Between-session access — quick input when a real decision can't wait for the next call.
  • Accountability that sticks — clear next steps, revisited so the progress is real.

The coaching runs on the AF² method — assess the situation honestly, find the one place it's actually breaking, articulate the specific skill to fix it, and follow up so it sticks. It's the same loop I teach leaders to use with their own people, applied to you.
